Chief Executive Officer of Slip Music, Mark Okraku-Mantey has described as political bribery, a decision by Obour to run an all-inclusive administration as President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA).

This implied that he would bring on board his two contenders, Appietus and Gyedu Blay Ambolley to run the affairs of MUSIGA for the next four years.

Although Gyedu Blay Ambolley has declined, Mark Okraku-Mantey has observed that the all-inclusive government is mere cosmetics. According to him, Obour did same during his first term in office but turned deaf ears to suggestions by the appointees.
“It is a strategy to buy everybody… he will take you there and dump you. The people he appointed earlier have said he doesn’t listen. Nana Tuffour was appointed Director of Highlife; what happened? It is cosmetics,” he said on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz on Wednesday.

Delegates on Saturday October 31, 2015 re-elected Obour as president of MUSIGA at a congress held in Koforidua.
He won polled 88 votes with Gyedu Blay Ambolley coming second with 22 votes while music producer, Appietus had 18 votes.
