Method

Wash beans and cook with enough water until soft.

Sauté onions in hot oil until golden brown and add blended pepper. Wash salmon, add cubes and salt.

Add cooked beans to the stew and mash with spoon.

Add a cup of water and cover to cook for 4 minutes.

Stir well and add sweet corn. Allow to simmer for some minutes and serve.
