Parliament approves 17 deputy ministers

The appointments committee, in a report to parliament, recommended that they are "approved by consensus."

Parliament has approved 17 ministers-designate nominated by the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

The deputy ministers designate approved are Mr Joseph Dindiok Kpemka, Attorney General and Minister of Justice.

Nii Kwartei Titus Glover, Transport

Mrs Barbara Asher Ayisi, Education

Anthony Karbo, Roads and Highways

Speaker of Parliament, Professor Aaron Mike Oquaye, said the House approved the deputy ministers by consensus "in accordance with Article 79(1) of the Constitution."
