If the idea intrigues you, then you should have bags packed and ready to ship to the San Alfonso del Mar resort, Chile which is touted for having the largest pool in the world.
Measuring a whooping 3,323 ft long and covering 20 acres of land, the pool contains some 250 million litres of seawater, with a maximum depth of 11.5 ft.
Water in the pool is pumped from the Pacific Ocean, filtered, and treated and total cost of construction is pegged at about US$3.5 million (about N696 million) for the filtration system alone, and almost US$4 million (about N795 million) in annual maintenance.
