It was just last month that Grammy nominee, Janelle Monae insinuated she was not for 'male consumption' when she responded to a fan's gay claim on Twitter but according to latest reports, she is seriously dating another female star.
According to MediaTakeOut, Janelle is having a secret affair with with former hip hop star MC Lyte.
The site claim, thanks to their sources, the soul singer and Lyte have been sharing a suite at Manhattan's Greenwich hotel on-and-off for the past month.
The two reportedly HIT IT OFF earlier this month after the BET's Black Girls Rock show.
