Nutritional yeast, otherwise known as nooch by aficionados, is packed with protein, commonly fortified with B-12, and does a hell of a job mimicking cheese both in flavor and consistency—definite perks for those who are dairy and/or meat-free, says Keri Glassman, R.D.

While those qualities are definitely great for your bod, the mustard-colored powder might also help with weight loss, says Glassman. Hold up though: The key word here is “might.” While there is no research showing a correlation between nutritional yeast and weight loss, it’s low in calories and loaded with nutrients, which means it has the potential to help someone drop pounds, says Glassman.

Nutritional yeast has lots of vitamin B-12, says Lisa DeFazio, R.D., which can be also be a major plus for those looking to lose weight. That’s because B vitamins, specifically B-12, help your metabolism break down carbohydrates into energy, says DeFazio.

Nutritional yeast is also a protein powerhouse. In fact, the powder is considered a complete protein, containing all nine amino acids (the building blocks of proteins), says Glassman. These are an essential part of your diet because your body doesn’t produce them, and (as you might know) fueling up on protein keeps you fuller longer and balances your blood sugar. That means you’re less likely to overeat later. So, yeah, dusting your dish with a little nutritional yeast has similar weight-loss benefits as eating lean meats.

Plus, even though it tastes like cheese, it doesn’t have as much cholesterol, saturated fat, or cals (depending on the type of cheese) as the go-to dairy topping, says DeFazio. Although you’d get the same amount of protein in a domino-size piece of cheese, a serving of nutritional yeast is a good alternative when you’re trying to lose weight because it also contains fiber and B vitamins. While the exact calorie count varies by manufacturer, most brands average about 60 calories for two tablespoons, she says.

Bottom line: Nutritional yeast definitely has its pound-shedding benefits, Glassman says. That is, of course, when combined with a balanced, nutritious diet and regular exercise—a.k.a. the most important parts of healthy weight loss.

<h1>It’s more complicated than you think.</h1>

If you’ve ever searched online for a diet pill, you might have come across Leptigen at some point.

The pill bills itself as a “weight-loss solution” and its website claims that it “contains a proprietary blend of clinically-researched ingredients for safe, effective weight loss.” Of course, the site also comes with a disclaimer that says these claims aren’t verified by the Food and Drug Administration.

Naturally, that might prompt B.S. alarms to go off in your head, as it should, but there may be more to the medication than you’d think.

Here’s what you need to know about this weight-loss drug.

Leptigen contains a bunch of ingredients that the company says work together to boost your metabolism and help you lose weight. Those include flower extract sphaeranthus indicus and fruit extract garcinia mangostana. When used in combination, the two can promote weight loss, the drug's website says.

It also contains a form of chromium that the company says can be used to control blood glucose levels and promote healthy cholesterol levels, as well as caffeine, and green tea extract.

Can It Help You Lose Weight?

Fatima Cody Stanford, M.D., an instructor of medicine and pediatrics at Harvard Medical School and obesity medicine physician at Massachusetts General Hospital, points to a 2013 study done on Leptigen in the journal Obesity that found somewhat promising results.

For the study, researchers had 60 obese women take either a placebo or Leptigen for eight weeks. At the end of the study, there were “significant” reductions in body weight, BMI, and waist circumference in people who took the drug vs. the placebo participants.

And as far as the pill's ingredients, caffeine and green tea extract have been shown to promote weight loss in some people, Stanford says.

Patients who took Leptigen in the study had mild side effects including headaches, nausea, gastrointestinal irritation, and back, leg, ankle, and joint pain, but so did patients who took the placebo.

However, the study was relatively small (only 30 people actually took the drug) and the duration of the study was only eight weeks, leaving Stanford concerned that there’s no information on how it might impact people in the long-term or after they stopped taking the drug. Most of the time when people stop taking a weight-loss drug, they tend to regain the weight without making additional diet and lifestyle changes, she points out.

And people who are sensitive to caffeine should be wary: They may suffer from anxiety and heart palpitations as a result of taking this medication, Stanford says.

Clearly, it’s important to talk to your doctor before trying out any weight-loss drug, including Leptigen. There’s always a chance it could interact with something else that you’re taking or your doctor may notice a red flag in your personal health history that wouldn’t make this a good option for you.

Also keep in mind that the research on the drug was conducted on obese people, so there’s no telling how it might impact you if you have an “overweight” or “normal” BMI.

The drug also isn’t cheap: A 60-day supply is $99.95, per the Leptigen website, which is a steep price to pay for something that may or may not work. But, if you’re interested in taking Leptigen, talk to your doctor. He or she should be able to steer you in the right direction.

Lesley Murphy, a travel journalist and TV personality who appeared on the 17th season of The Bachelor, is sharing stunning powerful photos documenting her recent double mastectomy to help inspire others.

Back in March, Murphy announced that she would be having a preventative double mastectomy after testing positive for the BRCA2 gene mutation. This mutation causes an increased risk of breast cancer.

"A couple of weeks ago I found out I'm BRCA2 positive, which means I'm at a high risk for breast and ovarian cancer one day," Murphy wrote in an Instagram caption. "Buzzzz kill. I know. But it's true what they say—knowledge is power. I'm left with a few options and have decided that preventative surgery is what I want over various screenings multiple times a year. A double mastectomy at 2freaking9. Wtf?! Yep, it's happening."

Murphy has a family history of breast cancer—her mother was diagnosed with the disease three years ago. She made the difficult decision to undergo preventative surgery, and has chronicled her journey on Instagram.

Before her mastectomy, Murphy threw a "ta-ta to the tatas" party complete with themed games and cake.

She kept her followers updated from the first day after her surgery, which she had done in her home state of Arkansas.

On the second day after her surgery, Murphy was able to take a few steps through the hall of the hospital. She was then discharged and taken home to further recover.

Murphy's mom has been caring for her at home, helping her with everything from taking her medications to washing and drying her hair.

It's now been a week since Murphy's surgery, and she says she's been overwhelmed by the support she has received from complete strangers.

"I'm amazed by all the stories told in comments, emails and DMs," she wrote. "Young, old, sad, happy, preventative, or a fight of a lifetime. Each one is inspiring, so thanks for telling your story and being so open and vulnerable here with me. Together we are creating so much awareness for early detection, screenings, gene mutations and how to work with the options we have. Thank you, thank you, thank you."

In the satirical NBC comedy Powerless, Vanessa Hudgens plays a normal office worker just trying to lead a normal life, despite the fact that "normal" is a gang of DC Comics superheroes battling in midair, leaving death rays and random objects falling from the sky.

Vanessa's life off-set presents a similar challenge, minus the electromagnetic weapons. In her beige-on-beige trailer, a deflated "happy birthday" balloon shriveled up in a corner, Vanessa is just trying to eat a healthy salad in a world that's raining pizza and doughnuts.

"I did indulge [lately]," she says, nodding to the balloon and her 28th birthday. (Double whammy? It falls right around the holidays.) She ate more and exercised less, and the scale crept up. But rather than beat herself up, she returned to her usual eating plan. "High fats and no carbs," she says, spearing a hunk of avocado in her lunchtime salad.

"When I ate carbs, I would get that dip in the afternoon, where I felt really sluggish," she says. "When I'm off them, my energy stays consistent throughout the day." And though Vanessa insists this isn't a diet—it's "a lifestyle"—"since I got back to eating like this the last month or so, I've lost 10 pounds. That's a lot for my height." (She stands at a mere 5'1".)

Working out, likewise, is now a crucial part of her world. "I don't even have a choice anymore," Vanessa says. "I work out to feel good, and eat right to feel energized. It's my life."

It wasn't always this way. Once upon a time (back in 2006 when Vanessa was 17 and in High School Musical), junk food was the mainstay of her diet. Regular staples included Cold Stone Creamery chocolate ice cream with chopped Butterfingers; Hot Pockets; and Flamin' Hot Cheetos. Of the latter, Vanessa says, "I ate so many when I was on tour [performing High School Musical live], my fingers were red."

You are not alone if you find watching pimples pop to be exciting and gratifying. But what about when it's not a zit? The latest pop-ular internet trend is focused on popping and removing cysts, with photos and videos displaying intricate, surgical removals and extractions of nodules that range from the size of a pea to, well, much bigger.

Some cyst videos are racking up hundreds of thousands of views, making dermatologist Sandra Lee, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, a celebrity of sorts. The Southern California-based dermatologist refers to pimple, blackhead, and cyst extractions as "magic" and refers to her followers as "popaholics" who are entranced by her volcanic squeeze videos.

As freaky as they may be, experts say cysts are actually pretty common. "Cysts can occur anywhere in the body as well as the skin," says New York City dermatologist Jeannette Graf, M.D. "There are many different types of cysts, associated with tissues and glands from different organs. At the same time, the skin also is a very large organ that frequently sees different kinds of cysts."

That said, there's a big difference between cystic acne and other gnarlier types of cysts.

Inflammatory cysts, Graf explains, also known as acne cysts, can be filled with fluid and will disappear or resolve on their own if untreated.

Large cystic pimples are usually caused by—yep, you guessed it—hormones. The tendency to get them is genetic, too, says dermatologist S. Manjula Jegasothy, M.D. and founder and CEO of Miami Skin Institute. "Generally, these small or large cystic pimples start as normal clogged pores but then become inflamed and go 'underground,' or under the skin, and become cysts."

The risks of cystic pimples range from soft tissue infections to scarring if they are popped or scratched incorrectly, according to Jegasothy, so never try to pop them yourself. Your best course of action is to leave them alone even if they're driving you nuts, because anything you do will not relieve the actual cyst and will only make it worse.

Try taking an OTC medicaiton like Advil to alleviate pain and apply a warm compress to improve blood circulation and healing. If it just won't go away or stop hurting, see a doc, who might be able to inject a concentrated dose of cortisone to shrink the area and relieve the pain.

Then there are sebaceous cysts: those kinds filled with the thick, cheesy material you've seen in the more dramatic popping videos out there. Sebaceous cysts are associated with an internal trauma to the hair follicle, which creates a sack and continues to grow as this cheesy material while the sack grows with it. The cysts have to be extracted with an incision that must include removal of the sack to keep it from growing back. Most, if not all, of the time, they'll require sutures after removal, too. In other words, don't try this at home.

Graf says that sebaceous cysts can grow so large that they are cosmetically and functionally "disturbing," also noting that some can lead to bacterial abscesses that must be relieved immediately.

What makes sebaceous systs different from pimples and cystic acne is how they look, Graf says. But for the most part, they all vary in size, location, and history of inflammation. Dr. Pimple Popper also sometimes refers to "pilar" cysts, which are sebaceous cysts located on the scalp.

Regardless of cyst type or location, you should never try to pop them yourself.

"It is important to stress the need to resist the urge to pop a cyst on your own and squeeze it out since the risk of infection is very real," says Graf. "It is always a good idea to have any growth seen by a dermatologist. If told that it is benign, the cardinal rule is don't play with it, don't manipulate it, and don't try to drain it."

And yes, even if you're dealing with something far less severe than this 30-year-old cyst, it's still important to get the smaller ones checked out—just in case.

You are not alone if you find watching pimples pop to be exciting and gratifying. But what about when it's not a zit?

A Washington woman is pregnant with her “miracle baby” after doctors told her for years that she was infertile. Krista Schwab was born with two vaginas and two wombs—a rare condition known as uterus didelphys.

Krista, 32, tells The Sun that she was diagnosed with uterus didelphys at age 12, and learned that she has two vaginas at age 30.

“I always felt the separate sections during intercourse and smear tests but I just thought that feeling was a normal thing every woman had,” she says. Krista also says sex can be “extremely sensitive and can hurt.”

She’s suffered from two miscarriages as a result of her condition, and she and her husband Courtney had started to think about IVF when Krista realized she was expecting. Krista is now five months pregnant with a baby boy in her left womb.

Krista says doctors think she’ll have to have a C-section but she’s “dreaming of a natural water birth.”

Michael Cackovic, M.D., a maternal-fetal medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, says it’s difficult to know exactly how many women have Krista’s condition, but points out that uterine didelphys makes up only about 5 percent of all congenital uterine anomalies—and those make up 2 to 4 percent of fertile women with normal reproductive outcomes. Basically, this is pretty rare.

Christine Greves, M.D., a board-certified ob-gyn at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies, says she’s seen it before, but it’s fairly easy for a woman to have two uteri and not realize it. “A lot of them go undiagnosed, especially if they’re not symptomatic,” she says.

Uterus didelphys is typically diagnosed when a woman has heavy periods and it’s picked up on an ultrasound, says Jessica Shepherd, M.D., an assistant professor of clinical obstetrics and gynecology and director of minimally invasive gynecology at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago. But again, some women have no symptoms and just don’t realize it.

There are no studies that say uterus didelphys can impact a woman’s ability to get pregnant, Greves says, but they can have an increased risk of miscarrying. “There are really no good prospective studies to explain why, but sometimes the uterus may not be big enough to accommodate a normal pregnancy,” she says.

However, as Krista's case demonstrates, it still can be possible to get pregnant. Melissa Goist, M.D., an assistant professor of ob-gyn and physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, says that in many congenital anomalies, the fallopian tube and ovary connection is still there. “As long as sperm can travel to the egg (which is released into the tube) then conception will occur,” she says. “The challenge is then the location of implantation in the uterine cavity. If implantation occurs over an area of distortion or blood supply compromise, then a miscarriage may occur.”

Women with uterine abnormalities like uterus didelphys also have similar clinical pregnancy rates as those with normal uteri that undergo IVF, Cackovic says, so that’s definitely an option for women who find themselves in Krista’s situation.

Women with uterus didelphys do have an increased risk of having a preterm birth and bleeding complications, Shepherd says, and if a woman has a C-section, she points out that doctors will need to know ahead of time which uterus they’ll need to make the incision on. "You'd definitely need to see a high-risk doctor," she says. Having two vaginas can also make a vaginal delivery difficult, Greves says, since a woman basically has a partition in her vagina. (Hence, the higher risk of a C-section.)

While Krista’s road to pregnancy wasn’t easy and she says she hopes she can inspire other women with her condition. “I want women with uterine didelphys to never let anyone tell them miracles can’t happen because they do,” she says.

<h1>The choice had nothing to do with her sex life.</h1>

Caitlyn Jenner wants to make one thing clear: Her gender transition and recent gender confirmation surgery have nothing to do with her sexual orientation.

The 67-year-old TV personality and former Olympian, who was designated male at birth, publicly announced that she was transgender in 2015. In October 2016, Caitlyn legally changed her name to Caitlyn Marie, and her gender to female. And earlier this year, a leaked excerpt from her upcoming memoir The Secrets of My Life revealed that Jenner has undergone gender confirmation surgery. Now, she wants to make clear that her surgery has nothing to do with her sexual desires.

“I don’t have the appetite for [sex], which is why the public’s obsession over whether I would [get gender confirmation surgery] is annoying to me,” Caitlyn writes in an excerpt from The Secrets of My Life exclusively shared with People. “It hearkens back to this misperception that people transition because of their sexual desires.”

In fact, an individual's reasons for transitioning can be completely separate from the gender identity of the people they are attracted to.

"Many people still find it difficult to understand the difference between sexual orientation and gender identity," says Nick Adams, director of GLAAD's Transgender Media Program. "Sexual orientation is about who you are attracted to and want to spend the rest of your life with. Gender identity is about who you are—your internal sense of yourself as a man or a woman. For transgender people, their gender identity doesn't match the sex they were assigned at birth, so they may undergo medical transition to bring their bodies into alignment with their gender identity. This is about feeling whole and ensuring that the world sees you as the person you know yourself to be. It is not about sexual orientation or who you're attracted to."

Overall, Caitlyn says she's happy with the results of her surgery and feels "not only wonderful but liberated." She told People: “Transitioning is about nothing else but your soul. You are no more a woman the day after [the surgery] than the day before, okay?”

And, as she's made it clear, her surgery has nothing to do with her sex life. Caitlyn has been romantically involved with women in the past (she's been married three times, most notably to Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner), but she isn't sure what the future will bring.

“A future female companion? I think about that. A future female sexual companion? Not happening, at least for now, and perhaps not ever,” Caitlyn wrote in a section of the book that People says was written prior to her gender confirmation surgery. “A future male sexual companion? I have never had the inclination. But maybe that attitude might possibly change.”

Maybe it's weird, but we can't help but be intrigued when any famous person with a bangin' body shares what they do, eat, or don't eat to get in amazing shape. But Kim Kardashian's latest weight-loss tweet left half the internet rolling its eyes.

Earlier today, Kim tweeted, "The flu can be an amazing diet. So happy it came in time for the Met lol #6lbsdown." Can we just add #faceplam to that?

The tweet, which has since been deleted, was probably a joke (she did use "lol," after all). But still, we knew we had to dispel this Devil Wears Prada-esque dieting advice.

The truth is that having the flu is totally miserable—and any weight you lose when you're sick isn't permanent.

"The weight you lose during a bout with the flu is mostly water weight (via diarrhea or vomiting or—poor thing—both) and indicates some level of dehydration," says Rachel Meltzer Warren, a New Jersey-based registered dietitian nutritionist. And, as you probably know, water weight comes back just as quickly as it left, which means that six-pound drop on the scale means nothing.

"You've also likely not been eating, and burning more calories than normal to help fight off the bug, which can equal a change on the scale," says Meltzer Warren. "But don't expect to see these losses maintained once you begin eating normally again"

If you do get the flu, Meltzer Warren recommends resting and rehydrating. Electrolytes are particularly important for recovery, to help replace lost fluids. So Pedialyte might be your new BFF.

Ending an engagement is more than just a plot twist in primetime TV. That sh—t happens IRL, too.

But that doesn’t mean it’s any less dramatic. Calling off a wedding is, obviously, a big deal, and the decision to do so isn’t one that most people take lightly. And that’s especially true if the person that calls off the wedding is the same one who popped the question in the first place.

We asked a few guys who called off their weddings why they did it—and what happened next.

“The relationship I had with my ex was great for the most part. I loved her and still do today, right this minute, actually. But it just wasn’t going to work. She knew a lot more about what she wanted out of life than I did by the time we hit our late twenties.

She wanted to get married and have kids before she turned 30. So my decision to propose was reactionary to a series of conversations we had about whether I wanted to marry her and if I wanted to have kids with her. I figured this was what I wanted or would want, even though I hadn’t exactly planned on getting it all going when I was still figuring out my career and things like that. But at the time that didn’t seem like reason enough to not propose. So I did, she said yes, and then about three months later I called it off, right before she decided to buy a dress she’d found.

“I was honestly kind of pissed about how I felt like she had kind of given me an ultimatum—like, ‘Propose or lose me forever, and I’ll start a family with another guy.’ She never said as much, but it felt implied. It made me feel replaceable, I guess.

“It didn’t end well. She told me I should have talked with her about all these things before putting a ring on her finger, and she was right. Her parents gave me a bunch of shit, too, because they were weirdly hell-bent on their daughter getting married. Her brother messaged me on Facebook and threatened to beat my ass.

“We haven’t really spoken much since I moved all my stuff out of the apartment we shared. I called things off about a year-and-a-half ago, and she’s getting married this summer. I don’t know how to feel about that, but I guess I feel like it’s better him than me.” —Dylan W.

“I had been engaged for a few months to a beautiful, amazing, and intelligent woman I’d been with since college. We’d both moved to New York after school, living together the entire time. When I proposed, we’d been together for over four years. I just assumed she was the girl for me, which is why I proposed. I started a new job a few months before I proposed, and not long after they hired this woman that I felt an immediate attraction to. I can’t really explain it. It’s not like she was any better than my fiancé, but I developed feelings I couldn’t control.

“I ended up cheating with this woman one night after work. Then it happened again. After that, I came clean to my fiancé and also told her that we shouldn’t get married. She said something like, ‘Well, you cheated on me. Of course I’m not going to marry you.’ I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to be with this girl from work or not at the time, but I couldn’t get married when I had feelings for someone else. And I couldn’t avoid telling my fiancé what I’d done.

“After that, I moved out and my ex hasn’t talked to me since. She pretty much booted me out of her life, and I understand why. I lost a lot of friends, too. I bet eventually we’ll have to go to the same wedding or something and that is going to be very awkward. It didn’t end up working out with the girl from work. We weren’t right for one another and my guilt got in the way too. I haven’t dated seriously since.” —Peter G.

“Calling off my wedding wasn’t a knee-jerk reaction. It was something I started thinking about a few weeks after I popped the question while we were on vacation. I had extreme anxiety over it. I know that most people experience something like this, but it was taking over my entire life. It’s one thing to be nervous, but I was a complete wreck. I wasn’t looking forward to my wedding at all.

“I talked with some friends and family about it, and I eventually decided that these things I was feeling probably meant I wasn’t ready to get married yet. When I had this conversation with my girlfriend, she pointed out that I should have thought about all of this before I decided to

buy a ring and propose. I had, or I thought I had, because when I proposed I felt like I was doing the right thing. I told her I wanted to stay together, but she said, ‘If you don’t want to marry me now, I can’t wait around for you to be ready.’ That moment hurt a lot, but it was also the truth.

It wasn’t fair for me to keep dragging her along with me if I didn’t know when I’d be ready to fully commit. We’d been together four years and change by then. When you’re in your thirties, you don’t want to wait another four for someone to maybe or maybe not propose again.

“After that we didn’t talk for a long time. Now we’re in touch if we have to be, but we’re not friends. We just have a lot of the same people in our lives, so we put up with each other. I think I made the right decision. I’d rather have called off the engagement than have gotten married when I wasn’t ready and end up divorced.” —Harry J.

Several fans noted her hashtag on normalizing breastfeeding, and thanked the star for her post. “It's been nearly 14 years and I still remember every horrific look/comment I received for nourishing my son in public,” one woman wrote. “Apparently, we were supposed to stay locked in our house for two years.” “Beautiful picture!” another wrote. “Breastfeeding rules.”

Pink has been open on social media about her journey as second-time mother (she’s also mom to her daughter Willow). Last week, she posted a photo of herself on Instagram with a seriously body-positive message: “Would you believe I'm 160 pounds and 5'3"? By 'regular standards' that makes me obese.

I know I'm not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don't feel obese. The only thing I'm feeling is myself. Stay off that scale ladies!” She’s also talked about the fact that, unlike other celebrities, it’s taking her time and serious effort to lose the baby weight.

Let's face it, when you're a little kid, accidents happen. But when 6-year-old Valerie Sowards wet herself at school recently, she was so upset that she was crying and said she wanted to go home. "My heart kind of just broke," her dad Ben told Buzzfeed when he got the call from his daughter's teacher. So, he splashed some water on the front of his pants before going to pick up Valerie at school.

Ben says that when he got to school, he asked for Valerie’s backpack to cover up his “accident.” "She looked at me with just the biggest incredulity," he said. Valerie thought the whole thing was funny, and ended up feeling better about her own accident.

Valeria’s big sister Lucia posted about the whole thing on social media, in a tweet that went viral:

BTW, this isn’t the first time Ben has done something like this. Valerie tells Buzzfeed that she fell on her face while ice-skating four years ago, and Ben sprang into action."He Facetimed me," she said. "He had vividly painted a black eye that matched mine." Parent goals, for sure.

Prince Harry is opening up about the mental health struggles he faced after the death of his mother, Princess Diana, in 1997, when he was only 12 in an interview on Telegraph‘s new podcast Mad World.

According to Harry, losing his mom impacted all aspects of his life, including his mental health. “I can safely say that losing my mom at the age of 12 and therefore shutting down all of my emotions for the last 20 years has had quite a serious effect on not only my personal life but also my work as well,” he says. “My way of dealing with it was sticking my head in the sand, refusing to ever think about my mum, because why would that help?”

Harry says his emotional shut-down, and the pressures of grieving in public, caused him to be a “problem” during his twenties—and eventually resulted in two years of “total chaos." "I just didn't know what was wrong with me," he says of that time.

He says he finally sought help from a therapist when he was 28, with the encouragement and “huge support” of his brother Prince William. He also took up boxing to help him cope with his anxiety because he was “on the verge of punching someone.”

This isn’t the first time Harry has advocated for mental health: He formed the mental health charity Heads Together with Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge. William also recently talked about his struggles with mental health during a speech to the U.K.’s Guild of Health writers in February.

“Mental health was the great taboo. If you were anxious, it’s because you were weak,” he said, per People. “If you couldn’t cope with whatever life threw at you, it’s because you were failing. Successful, strong people don’t suffer like that, do they? But of course—we all do. It’s just that few of us speak about it.”

Kate has also spoken out in particular about the mental health challenges young mothers face. In a speech in late March, she shared that the transition to motherhood has been difficult for her at times."For many mothers—myself included—this can, at times, lead to lack of confidence and feelings of ignorance."

Now, Harry says he’s in a good place and credits the therapy he went through for it. “Because of the process that I’ve been through over the last two-and-a-half to three years, I’ve now been able to take my work seriously, been able to take my private life seriously as well, and been able to put blood, sweat, and tears into the things that really make a difference,” he says.
