Actress Tracee Ellis Ross, 47, got in a super-sweaty lower body workout while quarantining in her house on Sunday.
She shared a video on her Instagram of her booty and leg workout with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson's Tracy Anderson Method, and she also looked fierce while doing it.
In the video, her hair is in two tight buns, and she's wearing a matching metallic periwinkle Carbon 38 workout 'fit (complete with high-waisted leggings and a cami tank ).
"Space buns & @tracyandersonmethod Been keeping up with my @tracyandersononlinestudio workouts - but on the weekends its with Tracy herself. Heres a little mashup of this mornings session wearing my new @carbon38 kit. Oh hey @icecube (sound on for the shout out)," she captioned her post.
She shows off various moves targeting her lower half while wearing ankle weights, and using a few other pieces of at-home equipment including a chair and broom stick.
"Ow! Oh my God," she says as she does a series of leg lifts.
One fan commented, "That looks hard, my legs are like nope!"
She finishes her workout with a dance and stretch in front of a humidifier.
Tracee is a long-time fan of Tracey Anderson, and has
been doing her workouts
at-home on the regular since the beginning of social distancing.
She's been a follower of the celebrity trainer since at least 2018, when she shared video on Instagram of herself doing one of Tracys workouts at her studio.
Keep crushing it at home, Tracee!
