On Sunday night's Teen Choice Awards 2019, Sarah proved that she has some major singing chops. She performed her new song with Jordan McGraw called "Met At A Party" live on stage, and she gave a serious shout-out to her distended abdomen and kidney on Instagram afterward.
"Yesterday I had my first nationally televised performance of a song I did with the amazing @jordanmcgraw. I was terrified. I was excited. There was a PHENOMENAL crowd supporting us the entire way through. Thank you so much to everyone who watched! Thank you @teenchoicefox for having us!!," she captioned her post.
Then, Sarah subtly addressed the pregnancy rumors that exploded online after her performance, saying:
"And a final thank you to my ever changing self confidence for making the decision to not wear spanx and let my KUPA (kidney upper pussy area) shine like the badass bitch she is. ."

Sarah's celeb friends were immediately all over the comments section of her post. Michelle Trachtenburg wrote, "HaKUPA Matata, it's a wonderful phrase, it means no worries for the rest of your days @sarahhyland." And Justin Mikita also added, "We stan a kupa!"
Sarah previously shared that she wore two pairs of shapewear to the Oscars to hide the bulge left behind from her second kidney transplant. She first mentioned the term KUPA in an interview with SELF magazine . "When they do a kidney transplant, they connect the new kidney to your old kidneys in front," she said, which makes her lower abdomen pop out a bit. "I call it my KUPA: kidney upper pussy area."
Kudos to Sarah for fully embracing her KUPA!
