The National Democratic Congress (NDC) government came under a lot of flak in 2013 for monies committed to botched projects like the Ghana Youth Employment and Enterprises Development Authority- GYEEDA projects , and the Savannah Accelerated Development Agency- SADA projects.
The financial analyst and anti-corruption campaigner also described as unacceptable the fact that doctors have not been giving conditions of service for 23 years.
“ I feel completely bastardized that doctors have not been conditions of service for that long.”
Irrespective of whether what the doctors are doing is illegal or not, “ all ministries and agencies , two year ago, went over their budgets. The presidency itself went over its budget by GHC600 million, so what is president talking about. When Prosper Bani, his chief of staff overspent his budget in the first six months of the year, at the time, didn’t’ the president signed off ddn’t he”, Mr. Casely Hayford asked.
