Jessica Alba fan girled big-time over the weekend at Ayesha Curry's 30th birthday party. Jessica, who's known for always being in killer shape and always being down to try the latest hot wellness trend (hello, acupuncture facial !), was seen getting excited about meeting fitness trainer Denise Austin.
"This happened mom," she wrote (tagging her mom) in Instagram story that showed a picture of Jessica with the 62-year-old fitness icon-both women flashing their super-toned arms.
Jessica followed it up with another post showing an image of a Denise Austin VHS workout tape, tagging her mom and brother along with Austin, including the tag "The OG."
Austin, who still shares workout tips and videos across social media, was the queen of at-home workout videos in the 90s. She's credited with making more than 50 workout tapes and DVDs since 1988.
Denise shared the sweet exchange on her Instagram , as well. "I love getting to connect with strong, inspiring women!!!" Denise Austin wrote in a post. "Jessica Alba was an absolute joy to be around... She made my night when she shared with me that her & her mom used to do my workouts when she was growing up!!"
