In a new video posted to Instagram earlier today, the four-time Olympic gold medalist gave fans a brief glimpse of how shes staying fit while self-isolating in the midst of the global Coronavirus outbreak. The clip opens with Biles demonstrating some serious core strength, elevating herself into an L-Sit position atop a pair of parallettes barsin the middle of what appears to be her kitchen, no lessbefore transitioning seamlessly into a handstand, then finishing once more in the L-Sit position.

In the caption, Biles also offers a word of encouragementand some sound advice to her fans: Stay home and stay focused! she wrote.
