Action Bronson Is Down 80 Pounds in Quarantine

In a pair of new videos posted earlier today, Bronson revealed that he's now shed an additional 15 poundsputting him at 80 total, and the host of Viceland's Fuck That's Delicious clearly has no intention of slowing down. "IM GETTIN ALL THE MONEY THATS OWED TO ME OVER ALL THESE YEARS. I DESERVE TO HAVE A HOT BOD," Bronson wrote in the post's caption. "I'M 283 DOWN 80 POUNDS FROM A WHOPPING 363 AND STILL GOING STRONG. GIVE YOURSELF THE FLOWERS. TERMINATOR IN THE MAKING. EASY MONEY. TIME FOR BIGGER WEIGHTS," he added, crediting his trainer, Dave Paladino .

The brief clip shows Bronson doing a series of upper body movements, including lateral raises followed by dumbbell bench presses, as well as seated chest presses. Several of Bronson's celebrity friends were quick to praise his progress in the comments. "Good stuff!" said former UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman.

In a follow-up video posted a few hours later, Bronson shared yet another move that's been helping him shed the weightalong with some motivational words for those who might be struggling to get moving in lockdown.

"THE FUCKING BULGARIAN WARRIOR WALL AND NEVER ENDING ROPE PULL IS NO JOKE MAN!!!!!!" Bronson wrote. "IF A FAT STONED SPACED OUT MOTHAFUCKA LIKE ME COULD WORK HARD EVERYDAY THEN YOU CAN TOO."
