1.Wrong exercises

You really need to stop crunching, for the love of all that’s holy, please!.

It may be a good exercise for building your abs, but they’re not doing you many favors in smashing the fat that covers it. Rather opt for heavy on key compound moves; think deadlifts, bench press, and squats to burn fat while adding on more functional muscle.

2. Wrong meals

Six-packs figuratively are made in the kitchen. A diet full of clean, unprocessed foods and a lack of sugar will get them pop out faster than some thrice-weekly sit-ups. More vegetables could also aid in this course.

3. Less Sleep

Having the right amount of sleep after your gym routines is very pertinent for a cobblestone core. Inadequate shut-eye will spike your levels of the stress hormone cortisol which encourages your body to retain fat stores. Hit 7-8 hours and you’ll be dropping kilogram calories more efficiently.

4. High Sugar consumption

It is very pertinent to ditch the white stuff; sugar when you have to build on your abs and make it more visible. When you say no to a sugary cereal bar and end your habit for late night ice cream runs, you then say au revoir to over 250 pesky calories a day. Handily, this can translate to a 5kg drop in weight in as many months.
