A woman that has a c-section for the first pregnancy is more likely to have a c-section during her other pregnancies.

A woman that underwent a c-section during her first pregnancy is most likely to undergo another c-section in their other surgeries.

For some it is by choice but for others, not so much.

Such is the case for celebrated media personality Janet Mbugua.

She underwent a c-section during her first pregnancy but would like to have a vaginal delivery for her second pregnancy.

In the video she also mentioned how she will be going about achieving a vaginal delivery the second time round.

For mothers that may be in the same situation, Janet’s methods may serve as a solution.

Raspberry leaf tea

Raspberry leaf tea reportedly strengthens the uterus and shortens labor.

Dates

Eating up to six dates in a day for four weeks leading up to one’s due date can reportedly help ease labor as well. They also help a woman to be more dilated during labor.

Exercise

Simple forms of exercises such as walking can greatly help induce labor when a woman’s due date is up.
