What to eat to prevent erectile dysfunction

As per a recent study

Men have been suffering silently from erectile dysfunction not knowing what to do or where to go for help.

A man’s sexual ability is dear to him and so when he has problems with it, his ego is ruined and his whole life feels like a mess.

Hormone replacements and Viagra are just some of the methods that are used to treat erectile dysfunction.

A recent study however has revealed the foods men could eat to boost their prowess in the bedroom. The study, conducted by scientists from the University of Athens suggests that a weekly dose of olive oil is much better than the renowned Viagra.

As per the study, nine table spoons of olive oil reduces the risk of impotence by about 40%. Besides that, olive oil also increases testosterone levels which helps in reducing the chances of getting erectile dysfunction.

The study which involved 660 men found that those who consumed olive oil combined with a Mediterranean diet (rich in legumes, fruits, vegetable, nuts and fish) had fewer problems in the bedroom. Also, there was massive change in terms of bedroom prowess.

Dr Christina Chrysohoou, who headed the research also advised men to watch their diet and exercise more for better sexual health.

Unlike Viagra which only gives you a short time solution, proper diet and olive oil provide a long term solution with no side effects such as headache that come with Viagra.
