Tyrese Gibson and Jennifer Hudson star in a new thriller called ‘Shame’. The short film directed by Paul Hunter is produced by on-screen legend Denzel Washington.
Gibson and Hudson play husband and wife in this film set in the 60s. The movie focuses on how Tyrese’s character struggles as an upcoming musician and his abusive behaviour towards his wife.
Tyrese who wrote the film has high hopes for this production. In an interview with Access Hollywood last week, the ‘Furious 7’ star said: “our end goal is to hopefully land an Oscar nomination”.
The singer also has a single with the same title of the film. The song is off his forthcoming album ‘Black Rose’ which debuts 10 July, 2015.
