Argentine striker Carlos Tevez has heaped praises on his fellow country man Lionel Messi, stating that 'he who doesn't like Messi knows nothing about football'.
Carlos Tevez said this while denying rumours of a fall-out with the four time Ballon d'Or winner.
There have been persistent rumours in Argentina that the pair have a poor relationship with several of the reports linking the Juventus striker's past national team snub was as a result of his frail relationship with Messi.
But the 31-year-old says him and Messi laughed together at the reports.
"I believe people do love Messi because he’s Argentine and because he's the best in the world," Tevez further said about Messi.
"He who doesn’t love Messi knows nothing about football. I don’t know what’s going on in their heads," Tevez told the 's official site in an interview.
