Stephen Appiah, the former captain of the Black Stars went through tedious push-ups with his cherished daughter lying on his back.

The former Juventus midfielder is well built in stature and a recent video posted on his Instagram page with his daughter undergoing a workout together gives a clear indication of his desire to embark oN regular exercises to stay fit.

Stephen Appiah was the first Black Stars skipper to propel Ghana to the FIFA World Cup in 2006 and he again helped the Black Stars to qualify for the Mundial in 2010.

The 34-year-old, retired from international football in 2010 and drew the curtain down on his entire football career in 2014.
