The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has dismissed reports that President John Mahama took his campaign tour to 16 constituencies in the Western region because of the flagbeaer of the New Patriotic Party Nana Addo.

According to the National Campaign Coordinator for the party, Kofi Adams in an interview with Citi FM, “If it is about crowds then we would have gone to sleep after our campaign launch on Sunday. It’s not about crowd; it’s about our campaign strategy. We take the people of Western Region much more serious than Nana Addo does. We take them more serious than anyone reducing them to a reactionary process.”
