Management of TV3 has sacked about 35 of its technical staff for “wearing” red attire hand bands to work.
But a source at the station has told Pulse.com.ghthat “There was a union negotiations ongoing and it broke down somewhere. So the union members said they were giving warning signals. And so they [management] gave them a letter last week to explain why a disciplinary action should not be taken against them for wearing a red dress or red band.”
