Workers of Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) have renewed their protest in a bid to push for the dissolution of the board of the state broacaster.

The workers on Friday also cited the board for illegal employment of directors without recourse to proper proceedures. They cited the appointment of director of TV license.

The workers, clad in red fabrics, chanted war songs against the board whom they have been on a collision course for some time now.

Friday's demonstration is a follow up to last month's demonstration were they called on National Media Commission (NMC) for a permanent dissolution of the current board over allegations of financial malfeasance.
