Wakaso visits Ghanaian who has been hospitalized for three years

The Black Stars midfielder decided to show some love to his distressed compatriot.

It was a surprise visit by Wakaso to the the Ghanaian patient who is believed to be in his early 40 years, to hand him a big health boost.

In addition to making the patient - whose exact illness was nt disclosed - feel a sense of belonging, the combative Granada midfielder also paid all his medical bills.

Wakaso, as a practicing Muslim, believes in Zakat  (which is arms) giving and he has been involved in charity works in his quest to give back to society and the needy ones.

The 26-year-old midfielder joined Granada FC in the Spanish La Liga on loan from Panathinaikos in the Greek Super League in the January transfer window and has hit the ground running.

Wakaso was sent off in his side's 1-0 defeat against Atletico Madrid, so he was suspended against Sporting Gijon, but will return to feature for Granada against Barcelona after the international break.
