Two ways incoming Sports Minister goofed at the ministerial vetting
Hon Isaac Asiamah struggled on Tuesday before the Appointments Committee of parliament with certain facts regarding the Ministry of Sports.

And again, he misinformed the public that no local player was included in the Black Stars final 23-man squad for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, but he got away with that. Richard Ofori, goalkeeper of Wa All Stars was the only player who was selected from the Ghana Premier League to represent Ghana.

Meanwhile, Hon Asiamah had a banter with, the erstwhile Minister for Youth and Sports, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye on the Black Stars budget for the AFCON 2017 in Gabon and it is not certain which of the two personalities was saying the truth, but time will tell.
