'No Black Stars captaincy beef, no Gyan exit' - GFA

The Ghana Football Association has dismissed reports that Asamoah Gyan has left the camp of the Black Stars over alleged captaincy row

There have been reports making rounds that suggest that the 31-year-old captain of the Black Stars took a decision to stay away from the team's AFCON  2017 camp  in Port Gentil, Gabon, after differences with Andre Ayew over the team's leadership.

The Ghana Football Association, however has rubbished such speculations in a tweet.

Ghana will face Uganda at 16:00 GMT on Tuesday (January 17) at the brand new Stade de Port Gentil.

Meanwhile, the GFA also live-streamed a 'walk' that the team took to destress ahead of their clash with the Cranes of Uganda.
