Method
Season the chicken with black pepper, ginger, salt and chicken seasoning and allow to marinade for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil and brown the chicken on both sides.
Add little water, reduce the heat and cook slowly until the chicken is cooked.
Add ginger strips to the chicken and cook for about 3 minutes.
Mix the mango puree with honey and add to the sauce and cook for about 2 minutes.
Add mango cubes, simmer for 2 minutes and serve with rice.
