NUGS President granted bail
Latif Abubakar was arrested together with three others at the TV3 premises after he went there to grant an interview. This was after a rival group of NUGS clashed with his side.

“We cannot phantom how and why the police will extend its bias hands in the handling of issues in this country to the students fraternity. This unreasonable act beats our imagination,” a statement by the Youth Wing of the NPP said.
