Ghanaian club unveils new players ahead of league season

Sekondi Hasaacas unveiled new players on Wednesday morning at the Naakof hotel for the upcoming season

Sekondi Hasaacas, officially introduced their newly signed players at the Naakof hotel ahead of the 2015/16 football season which is three days to commencement.

The ceremony, which is unprecedented in the history of the club was organized by the club's management in collaboration with Ultimate Goal Management (U.G.M), a partnership that is intended to raise the frontiers of the club.

Twelve players were showcased with the exception of Philip Boampong who is yet to even touch base in Takoradi to complete the number of new players who joined the Sekondi based club.

Former Ghana league top scorer, Eric Bekoe led the parade of the new players which includes Saliw Babawo, a nominee for the most promising player of last season's Division One League. The others are Fatawu Mohammed, Eric Adu Poku, Issahaku Mutala, Prince Papa Arkoh, Michael Abu, Nicholas Deku, Justus Torsutsey, Dawud Fauzi, Stephen Ackah and Albert Osei.

The ceremony was attended by deputy C.E.O of Hasaacas, Joseph Ofori Acquah and his other counterpart from U.G.M, Francis Hackman, head coach Yusif Basigi, captain Daniel Egyin and some supporters.
