A Kumasi Circuit Court has adjourned the case involving 13 members of the Delta Force , , a private security arm within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), to July 13, 2017.
The case was adjourned following the advice of the Attorney General to the prosecutor, ASP Okyere Darko, to conduct further investigations.
They faced charges of a conspiracy to commit crime, assault on a public officer, causing unlawful damage.

The 13 are Kojo Fosu Bamba aka Kojo Bamba, Awal Sadat Abubakar, Abubakar Sadiq Abuhammed, Jamil Issa, Hamza Mohammed, Salu Issahak, Akwasi Owusu, Kwabena Owusu, Kofi Kyei, Eggya Boadi, Salu Yussif, Yussif Salu and Kwaku Awortwe.
Reports said only two police officers were on duty at the court at the time, with one of them being pregnant.
However, they managed to get the judge Mary Nsenkyire to safety, while Delta Force members vandalised property at the court.
Eight of those who aided in the escape were subsequently arrested by the police.
