It may have been a holiday weekend, but that doesn't mean Dr. Pimple Popper took a break from popping. In a video posted Monday, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD removes a huge pilar cyst right on the top of a man's head.

She captioned the video, "Quick- think of the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man! Weve got SLIMER THE GHOST BUSTERS PILAR CYST! FULL VIDEO on #youtube

The video begins with the doctor digging into a man's scalp with her scissors. "I like to get these out whole because pilar cysts are thicker-walled and can come out whole," she says. "We know we can get squirted," she says. The suspense builds-will this cyst squirt?

Luckily, popaholics don't have to wait long. The Instagram video jumps ahead to squeezing. With a lofty goal of a whole removal in mind, Dr. Pimple squeezes gently. Then, out pops the whole pilar cyst exactly as the doctor ordered. Ask and you shall receive, I guess.

While the Instagram video cuts short of the full appointment, Dr. Pimple Popper directs her followers to the entire seven-minute cyst-popping extravaganza.

Here, Dr. Pimple Popper's Youtube video shows the entire popping process, starting with outlining the cyst in the boy's hairline all the way to the patient's final revenge on the cyst, in which she lets the patient actually cut open the cyst and squeeze out its contents.

"Do you want to see your little friend?" the doctor asks. Not only does her patient want to see it, but he touches it, and gets to slice it in half and squeeze it while his mom snaps photos in the background. Dr. Pimple Popper says that inside are macerated skin cells and calcifications.

Of course, as usual, once Dr. Pimple Popper's work squeezing out the cyst is done, she stitches up her patient and sends him on his way. And there you have it-maybe Dr. Pimple Popper has a future in an upcoming Ghost Busters film?
