Stressful day? Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, has exactly what you need in this 15-second calming fix.
"After a long day, #relax in a sea of #blackheads #treatyoself ," she captioned her newest Instagram video-featuring, what else, an actual sea of blackheads on a woman's back.
The Instagram video starts off with a scan of the woman's blackhead-filled back. Dr. Pimple Popper pokes a few of the blackheads with a scalpel to test them (and her patient's pain tolerance).

Once she's determined exactly what to do, Dr. Pimple Popper grabs her comedone extractor (tool with a rounded edge and hole in the middle used to pop pimples without damaging the surrounding skin)-and she's definitely got her work cut out for her.
Dr. Pimple Popper , of course, really likes what she sees. "Yeah, you have some pretty good ones here," she says. Armed with her extractor, she pops blackhead after blackhead. All it takes is a touch of her magic wand and voila, off-white-colored goo glops out of each one. (FYI: That goo is a combination of dead skin cells and oil lodged in a hair follicle.)
She keeps going, popping one after the other. "This person must not really like this 'cause they're comin' out," Dr. Pimple Popper says.
Near the end of the video, Dr. Pimple Popper checks in with the patient. "You're okay? You're going to let me do a lot of these," the doctor says. The video cuts out, but her patient's back still has more blackheads ready for popping-luckily, the Instagram video itself had enough blackheads for you to get your blackhead-popping fix.
