Those are more or less the exact words that escaped my lips as I watched the latest viral video on Dr. Pimple Popper's Instagram account, in which the famed dermatologist and self-identified "popaholic" unleashes a relentless river of pus from a skin abscess near a patient's mouth. Seriously, you'd need a dam to stop the flow of white liquid oozing from this thing. It's wild.

"I mean, like...why are you so ABSCESSED with me?" Dr. Sandra Lee, the woman behind the popular account, wrote in the caption. Nothing like a good skin abscess pun, amirite, folks?

"This is what I imagine when real estate agents describe a house as 'oozing with potential,'" one commenter wrote.

"Omg, I have gotten these. Just dealt with it. Crazy how much stuff really can be hiding in a small spot," another person said.
