In a new video that's nearly 20 minutes long, TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, treats a patient with a massive lipoma on the back of their neck. When I say massive, I mean massive-like, the size of a plump, ripe orange.
The orange analogy is useful, because that's exactly the color of what comes out of this behemoth. Lee makes an incision across the lump, then squeezes out lumps of bloody, orange fatty tissue. (Hope you're not eating lunch while you read this!) From a viewer's perspective, some of it seems to come out fairly easily, while other bits require a little more tugging and snipping on Lee's part.
When she's done, Lee stitches up the incision. That patient must be relieved to have that outta there!
"I can watch the cyst and blackhead videos all day but its something about the lipomas that freak me out," one commenter wrote. "I'm not sure why. Am I the only one?"

What is a lipoma, again?
A lipoma is a benign growth of fatty tissue under the skin, according to the Mayo Clinic . It's unclear exactly why some people get lipomas, but it's possible that genetics have something to do with it. People between the ages of 40 and 60 are more likely than others to get them.
