Vipula says he chose the scene and theme to mark the 100 year anniversary of the World War 1.
The sculpture took three weeks to create and he used 24 kilograms of butter. Vipula was rewarded with a gold medal at the competition for his creativity.
Not only is Vipula a chef, his food art advanced with his culinary career as his designs became more intricate as his career as a chef progressed.
