The city of Kumasi situated in the Ashanti Region is widely accepted to be the second largest City in Ghana after Accra, will soon have its first sky bar experience.

It is also one of the most vibrant business capitals on the West African market.

Situated in the middle of the city is The Ark Luxury Apartments which is aimed at providing First Class accommodation for potential clients in a bid to give Real Estate a facelift in the city.

On the top flow of the structure will be a Recreational Terrace Garden adjudged to be the first of its kind in the northern part of the country. Speaking to Yaw Sarpong-Kumankuma, the Founder and Director of DecoRate Limited, the design firm that created the concept in an interview, he elaborated more on the features of the project.

According to Yaw Sarpong-Kumankuma, the main idea is to create a unique look that will add to the exquisite nature of The Ark Luxury Apartments. The terrace garden situated approximately 144' (feet) high from ground level, will provide a great recreational area for users of the apartments and their guests in a more comfortable way.

He further disclosed the other features of the development which include a 50 seater restaurant, a mini bar, a lounge, a functional floor for events and constant Internet Wi-Fi connection.

The design has low maintenance features with a well-structured metallic barricade to maximise protection.
