This smoothie is easy to make with loads of heart-healthy flavonoids.
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
¼ cup (40 g) raspberries
1 handful of spinach
2 tbsp cacao powder
dash of cinnamon
1 scoop plant-based protein (optional)
Directions
Wash and prepare all produce.
Add ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45 – 60 seconds until smooth.
