: Wash and scrub your potato/potatoes: Slice thin : Place potato slices in a plastic bag: Add a tablespoon or so of olive oil (enough to coat all the slices): Mash the slices in the bag to cover them all with oil: Remove your coated potato slices to a plate, evenly distributed so they aren’t in layers: Microwave until they just start to brown but are still floppy (start with 4 minutes): Remove to a cooling rack and sprinkle with spices (salt and pepper, or a seasoning mix): Let chips sit until they are crispy.
