Pregnant goat gang-raped to death by 8 men

Three of the suspects were severely beaten by residents of the area after the owner reportedly caught them in the bestial act, but the other five managed to abscond.

Police of Nagina in Nuh, India are on a manhunt for eight men of a village in Haryana’s Mewat district who reportedly gang-raped a 7-year-old pregnant goat, leading to its death the next day.

Reports say three of the suspects were severely beaten by residents of the area after the owner reportedly caught them in the bestial act, but the other five managed to abscond.

Owner of the goat reported the incident to the police who have reportedly registered the case under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code which frowns on “carnal intercourse against the order of nature with man, woman or animal”.

The incident also violates the Animal Cruelty Act.

Though no arrests have been made at the time of this report, police have assured that the perpetrators would be apprehended and processed for court to face the legal consequences of their act.

Also, last week, a 32-year-old Daniel Ackon was arrested by the Assin South District Police Command for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a goat at Fa-Wo-Ma-Nye Anomabo Kuma in the Ajumako Anyan Asiam District of the Central Region.

Bestiality has been ongoing since time immemorial, but the appalling act is gradually becoming rampant in Ghana and some other African countries lately.
