A wedding event turned almost tragicomic after the excited couple fell flat in the street while the groom tried to display his skating skills.
A viral Twitter video posted by one user identified as King of Accra shows the groom portraying himself as an expert at using the roller skates.
He then carried his gown-wearing bride to further show off his skating prowess before falling flat on the tarred street with the bride unexpectedly.

The groom is believed to be a member of a skating group and had his best man and partners also skate behind him while excited guests cheered them on.
Some guests could be seen reaching out quickly to save the couple from the ground.
