The viral letter is believed to have been written by a staff of Nigeria’s University of Uyo Teaching hospital and addressed to the Chief Medical Director.
It is so clear in the letter that the writer wrote it under duress to maintain his or her job.
The tone and length of the letter do not convey any remorse or respect for the recipient, rather, it suggests that there are a lot of unresolved issues between the two parties.
