“I don’t regret voting for Nana Addo” - Pastor

Da Prince said he backed the Nana Addo and NPP during the 2016 elections because he liked the good policies made by the party.

Pastor Solomon Leonard Baidoo, popularly known as Da Prince GH, says he does not have any regret for campaigning for President Akuffo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) during the 2016 elections.

According to him, he believes that President Akuffo-Addo is capable of moving the development agenda of the country forward.

The renowned pastor disclosed that before the elections, God spoke to him concerning his choice of presidential candidate, which inspired him to dedicate his song titled “Yesu” (The Victory Song) to Nana Addo.

In an interview with BEATWAVES Da Prince who is also the head pastor of Zion Princes Church stated that aside God revealing to him about President Akuffo-Addo he also believed in the manifesto of the NPP with regard to tourism, creative arts and culture.

The gospel artist recently composed a song featuring PR, an up and coming gospel artist to help promote the “See Ghana, Wear Ghana, Eat Ghana and feel Ghana” project launched by the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Arts and Culture.

He called on Ghanaians to support the current administration in his plans to transform the tourism and creative arts industry in order to meet international standard. Da Prince also called on churches to pray for the leadership.
