A viral video shows Bello Mohammed Matawalle, forcing the Principal and Teachers of Government Science and Government Girls’ Secondary Schools Gusau, to eat the substandard food they serve students.

It is unclear how the Zamfara State Governor got the wind of the development that has been ongoing in the school, hence he chose to visit incognito and ascertain things for himself.

He expressed disgust at the poor state of the food students of the school were being served despite huge amounts of money being spent by the government for the programme.

By way of ensuring the right things are done, Matawalle directed that henceforth, the principals and the feeding officers throughout the state must eat the same food they cook for their students or be dismissed.
