Adidja Azim Palmer also known as Vybz Kartel is a Jamaican musical artist, record producer, entrepreneur and dancehall performer. Recently he was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of his associate Clive "Lizard" Williams but still stays in jail releasing songs.

The dancehall artiste just recently hailed controversial Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale as the King of African dancehall making Stonebwoy, Samini and others look obsolete in this case.
