Adam brings to light some of the most traditionally revered Ghanaian dance like the Adowa Of the Ashanti's, Damba of the people of the North, Agbagya and other traditional dance.
In the song, he further evokes the memories of his people by remembering them of ancient local games like Alasa, Pilolo, Pampanaa, etc.
According to Adam Ro, the main source of inspiration was as a result of the fact that Africans have neglected their ways of doing things and practicing western culture which does not fit in our society. No wonder he reminds Ghanaians of that nostalgic feelings in our cherished local dance and games. He admonishes every African to go back to their ways of doing things in order to avoid practices which is making the African culture unpopular in recent times.
The song is in three languages which are Chilega, Ewe and English Language.
