The two have been at loggerheads for years. They always fight on social media. But people are still wondering what triggered beef.

To clear the air, Sista Afia appeared on Zylofon FM yesterday to offer a complete breakdown of how the whole beef started on social media.

According to the “Weather” hitmaker, the beef started six years ago when they barely knew each other. She said Efia Odo started it through Twitter.

“Six years ago, I shot a music video with rapper Eno Barony,” she told Sammy Flex. “But she [Efia Odo] posted only my picture [from the video shoot] on Twitter, shading and badmouthing me.”

Sista Afia, who was featured on BET winner Sarkodie’s latest album “Black Love”, revealed that she received text messages from friends regarding the statement Efia Odo passed on her.

She said she was surprised because she didn’t know Efia at the time.

“At that time, she was known on Snapchat so people kept sending me her comments about me on Twitter. She wasn’t my friend. I never knew her. So, I was surprised she did that. Since then, I have never liked her.”

She said even though she has forgiven Efia, she will continue to beef with her until she is tired.

“I won’t let this beef slide easily. I will be on ‘top’ of her until I’m exhausted. I am a human. If someone offends be, I’ll never like them. But she has apologised so I’ll forgive her.”
