Young Boys defender Kasim Nuhu Adams has admitted to feeling “disappointed” at losing out on a Champions League group stage qualification with his club.

Having lost the home leg 1-0,  the Swiss side rarely troubled their opponents CSKA Moscow as goals from Georgi Schennikov and Alan Dzagoev ensured a comfortable passage 3-0 on aggregate.

“I am very disappointed we couldn’t make it to the group stages, but surely it is a learning curve for me,” Nudu Adams told GhanaianPlayer.com.

“I hope we will surely bounce back next season.”

Nuhu Adams has hit top form for Swiss side just a year after joining them and has attracted interest from many clubs including Tottenham Hotspurs and Newcastle United.
