The Energy Minister Boakye Agyarko has inaugurated a new board for the Ghana Gas Company Limited.
The board is chaired by a leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Christine Churcher.

The other members of the board are Dr Ben K.D. Asante, Andrew Kofi Egyapa Mercer, Stephen Sumani Nayina, Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli, Abraham Ossei Aidooh, Delphine Dogbegah, Nana Owusu Ansah Ababio and Joseph Kwaku Acolatse.
At the inauguration ceremony, Boakye Agyarko tasked the board to work tirelessly to enhance the image of the company.

He also tasked them to ensure the execution of Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs) and processing, as well as transportation agreements, are appropriately executed.
Ghana Gas is mandated to build, own and operate infrastructure required for the gathering, processing, transporting and marketing of natural gas resources in the country.
