Luther Boateng has taken away his own life by hanging

Ghanaian player Luther Boateng has committed suicide by hanging himself in his bed room.

Boateng a former player of Eleven Wonders and Bofoakwa happened on Thurday afternoon when he hanged himself in his bed room.

“I received a call from the police station that our former player has hanged himself to death,”

“We are all saddened by the news,” the Communications Director of Eleven Wonders told Ghanaweb.com.

Luther played for us but he left to join Bofoakwa Tano so as I am speaking to you now he is not our player, but as a player who served us, we are aggrieved too,

However, what prompted Boateng to take way his life is yet to be known.
