The Accra Regional Police Command has launched a manhunt for two persons who allegedly opened fire on residents at Avenor, a suburb of Accra on Monday afternoon.
They also succeeded in setting ablaze some container shops and a vehicle on the said disputed land before leaving the scene, residents say.

The disputed land is believed to be owned by the Ghana Road Transport Union but a private developer is also laying claim to it.
This shooting incident happens to be the second time in two weeks.
Meanwhile, the police have arrested about 23 persons for their alleged involvement in the incident.
