The win lifts Medeama to 7th on the log with 41 points after 29 games.

Medeama SC pipped Hearts of Oak 1-0 in the penultimate match of the Ghana Premier League at the Tarkwa T&A Park on Sunday.

Francis Addo scored the only goal og the game in the 67th minute with a powerful shot from the edge of the area.

Medeama created decent chances in the early proceedings but could not let their dominance reflect in the score line.

The Phobians pushed for the equalizer late on but Medeama held on to pick the three points.
