Accra Gt. Olympics secured their first win on the field when they defeated Ebusua Dwarfs 1-0 at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, Accra.

It was Bernardinho Tetteh who gave Accra Gt. Olympics something to cheer about with the lone goal of the match in the first half.

Olympics had earlier earned a board room points when they were declared winners of their drawn game against Bolga All Stars, after a protest against the debutants defaulting payment.

While at the Bechem Park, West African Football Academy (WAFA) managed a 0-1 victory at Bechem United  on Sunday.

Daniel Lomotey capitalised on a miscommunication between centre backs Alfred Nelson and Asante Agyemang to give WAFA a 38th minute goal and it stood as the only goal of the game.
